Behind Thoughtful Hosting

Thoughtful Hosting grew from my own winding journey creating and running luxury holiday homes in beautiful Northumberland. Over the past six years, I have welcomed wonderful guests, built a successful business and consistently received excellent guest reviews.

When I began, I quickly discovered how much there was to navigate. Pricing, booking platforms, photographs, guest communication, housekeeping and linen all brought their own decisions. It can feel like a minefield when you do not yet know what matters, what can be simplified or where to begin.

My experience includes Airbnb, Vrbo, Lodgify, SuperControl, WordPress, MotoPress and direct bookings. I created Thoughtful Hosting to offer the calm, practical guidance I would have valued at the beginning, helping owners make confident choices while keeping their guests firmly in mind.
